Wok in progress...

Today, I show you a glimpse of my new creation :)
It's been
a while since
I did not do this kind of necklace -

crochet
ed around
silver wire cord.
My kids are on the short holidays of several days,
so we all have much less commitment.
Thanks to this ocassion
,
yesterday
I spent a whole afternoon
in crocheting new necklace :)))
I hope I'll finish it in next couple of days!

See some more works in progress on beautiful Small Things blog.

Saturday shopping day

Yellow-grey textile Necklace

This necklace is composed by crocheted and felt beads. I used the handmade wet felt technique and crocheted over wood beads in this necklace.

Very comfortable and lightweight!

Saturday shopping day!

Tribe Brooch nO.2

Feminine and a little eccentric brooch with an ethnic touch... My inspiration was Australian Aboriginal art, especially their painting on wood and bones.

How to make a Mannequin Display

For each of us who are engaged in making jewelry,
it is good if you have the mannequin display.
On mannequin display is much easier
to make photos and
to show our jewelry.
Lately, I've thought to get a mannequin display and
see what I found - an excellent tutorial of how I can make it myself!

You can find this excellent tutorial here :)

Inspiration!

Each season brings a variety of forms from nature that can inspire us.
Arriving autumn days bring new inspiration...

In a recent walk I picked a few fruits of the wild pomegranate and made a new necklace, inspired by the beautiful shapes and colors ...

I hope that you will not find new inspiration in coming weeks.
Keep in mind that it don't need to be just shapes and colors:
Leaves rustling under your feet,
a sudden downpour of rain,
the smell of fresh morning ...
cozy warmth of the sun...

Whether you are an artist or not,
I hope that you will be inspired to find beauty in the coming days.
